Printing on cotton fabric by print-dry-cure method.
Quality of Material :
The material prepared for printing must be free from size, efficiently scoured and free from residual chlorine or peroxy compounds. The materials also must be free from alkalinity and wherever necessary treatment with acetic acid should be given to prepare the goods of neutral pH which will prevent prematured localised fixation and improve leveling. To obtain deep and brilliant shades material should be either mercerised or causticised with caustic soda solution.

Application Process :
Print the goods with above printing paste dry at 80 100°C for 3 minutes and cure at 150°C for 5 minutes.
Wash in cold water.

Mix well and make perfect homogeneous paste. Print the well prepared cloth with the above paste. Dry at 80°C and cure at 150°C for 5 minutes.
Wash in cold water.
Acid Nitrite Treatment :
The above cloth is treated for 5 minutes in

Quality of Material :

The material also must be free from alkalinity and wherever necessary treatment with acetic acid should be given to prepare the goods of neutral pH which will prevent premature localized fixation and improve leveling. To obtain deep and brilliant shades, material should be either mercerised or causticised with caustic soda solution.
Preparation of padding solution :
Part I
- 3 kg. lchologen™ Blue IF3G Pasted with
- 3 kg. Icho emulsifier then add
- 30 Lt. water to make perfecthomogeneous paste
- Then add 7 kg. Urea.
Part II
- 1.5 kg. Icho Blue P2R
- 3 Lt. Ammonia Soln.
- 30 Lt. Water
Add part II in to part I and make total 100 parts with lce cold water.
Keep the solution for 5 minutes in Ice Cold water then pad and dry at about 100°C. After perfect drying, cure at 150°C for 5 minutes to 6 minutes.
Acid Nitrite Treatment :
Add 2 part of Sodium Nitrite to 1000 parts of water and add 5 parts (by Volume) hydrochloric acid at 70-80°C and pass cured material in this solution for about 10 minutes.
Wash in cold and soap as under.
